Over the past three years she has been specializing in the study and application of Ontological Structures as applied to the development of corporate productivity.
Mills Vautrot has 25 years of experience in operational management and sales for companies as diverse as start-ups, not-for-profits and Fortune 1000 firms. He also brings a unique focus on both clarifying communications between teams and also introducing new perspectives in a manner that enhances productivity or issue resolution. His singular capacity to articulate that which is present but unacknowledged in conversation is one of the many factors that set LPC apart.
Cynthia Zaal (MBA, CPA) has thirty years of experience in leader development, effective business practices, financial management, and human resource administration. She also has unique experience in technologies that rejuvenate executives and enhance creativity and work/life balance.
