These fundamentals of language (or conversations) have been published by Dr. Fernando Flores in over 3,000 international publications.
As we work with our clients, we often show them what is operative, yet outside their awareness. In this way, we differentiate ourselves through our ability to listen effectively and articulate our client’s concerns precisely. This in turn ensures that project outcomes are communicated in ways that eliminate confusion (due to multiple interpretations) and coordinate action efficiently and effectively.

Patty Shull, the founder of LPC, has 20 years experience as a facilitator, consultant, and C-level coach. Using proven methodologies applicable to any situation, Patty has a track record of successfully transferring change capability skills to individuals, teams and organizations. Her extensive experience ranges across multinational corporations, entrepreneurial start-ups, non-profits, and individuals experiencing conflicts. Patty is a Business Partner with the international firm of Korn Ferry, and holds a Master’s Degree in Organization & Human Resource Development and an extensive list of professional certifications. (
Mills Vautrot Mills is the co-Founder of Strategic Change Partners, a division of LPC. He 15+ years’ experience leading enterprise operations and revenue growth in five industries. Most recently, Mills co-founded a medical device repair company that grew 50%+ annually before being acquired by a top-25 U.S. healthcare firm.
